Spring Branch has four “Super Neighborhoods,” each with its own unique qualities. Super Neighborhoods include Spring Branch East, West, North and Central. Real estate listings consist of ranch-style homes for sale, classic suburban design, luxury estates, apartment homes, condominiums, and land lots for custom home building. Spring Branch has a distinct landscape, which is interlaced with numerous small bayous that end at the Buffalo Bayou in the center of Houston. In the middle of town lies a large pond called Spring Lake. One of Houston’s oldest roads, Long Point Road, runs east/west through the community. Spring Branch takes great pride in its school district, which is known as one of the most affluent in the city.

The neighborhood of Spring Branch East is a mix of industrial and warehouse sections and gated residential subdivisions of homes and houses. Spring Branch Central houses classic suburbs like Timber Creek, as well as more elaborate sections like Binglewood and Holley Terrace.  Spring Branch West includes single family homes in a wide array of styles. The area is largely deed restricted single-family residential. Multi-family uses are concentrated along Long Point Road, Gessner and Blalock. Spring Branch North was developed, for the most part, by the Metro National Corporation beginning in the 1950's and much of it is known as "Spring Shadows".  Residents of this area form a very diverse population and the majority of landowners take pride in maintaining a safe, friendly environment. Commercial development is found primarily along Clay, the Beltway, Gessner, and Campbell. Many of the businesses are part of the Spring Shadows Commercial Property Owners Association and many are also part of the greater Spring Branch Management District.

The Super Neighborhood Presidents, through active and committed leadership, are also encouraging the revitalization of our neighborhoods. New home and condominium construction has recently resumed throughout the community and land prices have risen dramatically in sharp contrast to many other areas in Houston which have experienced a decrease in land and home values, Spring Branch continues to grow.  Check out more about Spring Branch as the ideal community to live and the Super Neighborhoods on their Facebook pages and/or articles of recent news by following the links below.
